wkwoo69,

no la, haven't sold my E46 yet..... but the swift is definately more fun to drive....

the NAP thing is probably gonna freeze all CBU cars competing with proton or at least limit it to just 10% of proton's production.

ch1ck3n,

that's because the air cond compressor auto shut off automatically at 5000rpm.

BMChai you are right.. proton are useless la, till they reliase it and now bring in Mitsubishi pula, after trying all the 5 years ago europe engine.... khakhahkahkakh...

Yes, most of the aircon compressor are off when u rev it... even BMW ;) dont you feel it???

BTW, how you feel your new Swift?? when wan to test run with my JAZZ :D How is your tinted pula? still not enough dark? still comparing with your E46?? come la do 2nd layer... ;)

ya la....i want it dark!!!

gonna do it this sunday....

so when wanna test Jazz vs Swift??

Bmchai might have to go there one of these days to meet my supplier.Anyway what is your purpose there maybe we can go together.

:) hey guys..heard that there was a recall of swifts..apparently the ECU was faulty..any comfirmation on that??

shucks man..not good news.

 my bro inlaw's friend has got one and its with Suzuki now for rectification.i was surprised too..and there was also another case it seems but this is not 1st hand info la.just wondering if anyone else has heard of this..

ooooooooo itu macam la..did not hear of any international recall just yet..hopefully they swap his 1.5 std ecu with the gti's kekkekkek :D :D :D

:) maybe the words i used were confusing la..it isn't an official recall.the guy had problems with the car and he brought it back for a check.they told him it was the ECU and was told to leave the car there for a week..

bro just checking to see whether other markets were effected..could be just a limited batch wrt msian mkt ? ecu swapping is a straight forward thing..why should the wankers keep his car for a week? [.probably to go hot-rodding to the nearest mamak haha] :D

Can kua... I think I can sneak out the wifeys Jazz for a short drag... As long as its not a Swift GTi (waste my petrol only) I am game!

Having tested the new Swift and Jazz VTI up to 100km/h, I think the Jazz will win the acceleration battle. The Swift feels a lot more confident on the twisties though. But let us know the results anyway.

Here are the official pics from Suzuki Japan's site of the new 1.6 Swift Sport. Here's hoping that Suzuki Malaysia will bring the manual version for no more than RM110k OTR. For those who have been yearning for a (relatively) affordable quality manual hatch, prepare to salivate...

E46F, ditch the Jazz and rekindle your EK experience!
