Before OM deciding on this matter the CM must provide the estimates on the operating cost, requirements, legal responsibility, tenure contract (if we were to rent) and so on. While it may look attractive to have one we must investigate and consider all the pros and cons.

We must consider the feasibility of it in the long run and consider the financial aspect of it.

Hopefully the BMWCM Club House we are contemplating on will have a mini Bar for some German Beers to help people like us relax on a sunny day:smokin::rock:

Bro Val, what we will be having at "The Club House" is yet to be determined ... we are taking one step at the time bro with this Club House thingy ... :top: ... We will reveal the whole senerio of this "Dream" hopefully during our AGM this month.

Currently the Committee is in talks with a couple of building owners discussing among other our whole set-up. Hopefully we will be getting more good news soon ... :top: ...
