It is still in the pipeline bro. We have visited a couple of proposed site earlier and was in the midst of writing to the custodian of the site for approval.
However, things might be looking a bit "silent" mainly because we are currently focusing our effort on the bimmerfest 2013 that is going to be held in November.

Hope things will speed up once this big event is done :top: ... God Willing.

We have, relentlessly, been trying to locate the best suitable venue to house the club but to no avail. The most recent visit was very near the target with ample parking space but the club will incur much running costs especially rental and electricity. Setting up expenses is another burden and will hit the club's financials. (unless we up the OM fees??????!!! :68: :68: :68:??? )

But we are still game on this idea.

We seek your assistance to find this place preferably at a token rent. Do contact us with your miracle solution and help us to kick strongly again in this.

whats the incentive for the premise owner i.e. whats the benefit for hosting bmwcm club house?

I suppose within Klang Valley is suitable where most members are located.

It will have to come within the confines of our subscription fees definitely. Its best that a benevolent party only charges a token sum for the rent. But we will have to be responsible for the utilities.

Being able to host the only official BMW club would be a visible benefit, I am partaking. Apart from being featured constantly, I think it is a matter of pride for the host. :rock:
