Massat room service.. now we r talking..
Anything oso possible la.. at a price..
Best idea so far.. a fee is charged depending on the package la.. I'm sure sufficient for rental and other overheads, excess will become profit for the club. It can be a massage service at one corner, and workshop or car wash at another. By solely relying of donation, the dream is not sustainable la. The dream has to be self sustainable.
To quote one example, Seremban St. Paul class of the 80s... can't remember which year. Yes, a single year alumni comprises of about 200 members only, started a fund and invested the fund in all sorts of money generating instruments including acquiring businesses. If not mistaken, they have balak business too, even oversea trades which includes commodity trading. Last year, the group donated RM2m to St. Paul to be used as extra working capital for the school.
We can always start with a unisex hair saloon.. rent a lot, even half lot will do, and few shampoo girls... :15:
hehe... we can also provide BMW financing to members for their downpayment or what not, ah loong style la.. 15% return, sap sap sui! :4:
