I think u r in dreamlandlah...so if u have only 10 OM and to maintain a clubhse cost 60k a year tht means the OM have to pay Rm6k a year in membership fees... Get reallah Brudder. I dun want to say anything more but if u say its possible than its possibleloh...after all ur the super hero here mah...Club President also have to Kow tow to you.

Does anybody know if any official BMW club in other countries have clubhouses? If there is, would be good if we could understand how they can afford it. I bet they receive some form of subsidy from BMW, whether financially or free use of building space.

We can only approach BMW Malaysia for sponsorship if we can give them good enough reason to part with money. They must recognize BMWCM as having some commercial value to them. As it is now, forget about asking.

I have no idea bro mizhan but it will be worth looking it up and used it as a benchmark or something to kick start our dream :4:.
Nevertheless, for the moment lets forget the subsidies, fundings and what not. Lets toil this together through our very own initiatives and effort. It will be more rewarding :top: ...

Let me share you what I hv gone thru. I sit in the board of one Coorperative here in M'sia and this Coop was started by two (2) individuals, yes just two guys with a vision many2 years ago. Now we stand strong with 16K members and had achieved a standing of being in the top 10 best Coop (5 yrs in a row) among the 7000 fully registered Coop in the country.

If we are resilient, committed, cooperative and with a vision, one day BMWCM can and will achieved that stature too, God Willing.. :top: ...

It doesn't have to be in a city where it's premium. Maybe start with a little shoplot at first floor but with ample parking. Rental with utility bills can be as low as 2k per month.

I dont know about you guys but when my kids goes to secondary school, they were ask to get some contributions for the school fund in order to build a new annex. I think I own a few bricks in the school. LOL

So it the club want to build or rent a club house, they should start with a budget. Ask donation from the OM. OM can give any amount starting from RM50.
As an incentive, big contributors have their names framed in the room and super contributor can have a room name after them. Just a thought.

Its an awesome idea. And like Prez say, everything starts with a dream. When i was 10 years old, i played with a RC E30 and drew my favorite's car picture on my living hall with crayon. It started with a dream , and now im driving an exact white model. Same goes with my career. Just a suggestions, can provide room for hire per hour basis too to have reoccurring income and masat services ( non- sengek but straight )
