Hey Paul,

Shot this by chance when I was in Bangkok earlier this year, are those rims the 351 you mentioned earlier?

I'm waiting for my 535i sophisto grey for collection next week. The first destination for me is Sunway & I'm putting 20s on. The OEM 331 19s are really blend. Looking at either BBS CHR Black or similar. One thing I hope the tyre guys remember is to reinstall the TPMS...

I've asked around a few wheel shops & seems the majority of F10 owners have gone Breyton & BBS with H&R springs. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on the durability of Breytons vs BBS if anyone can share...

hmmm...good question, i think i might have to order specific H&R springs for it. i'll double check again. i know for a fact RD does have springs for dynamic damper control...

Actually the purpose of installing aftermarket springs for F10 are to lower ride height or for better handling? I know they do both, what I mean is the owner's intention is which usually?

i doubt installing aftermarket springs would do much to significantly affect the handling of the car. it's mostly aesthetics! don't you think you're driving a boat with that setup you have?

not really, the car feels smaller than it is in Sports mode!

I agree! Test drove one and its transformed once you get into the Sport+ mode.

try driving over some roads in sungai buloh in sport+ mode and a massage trip is inevitable

Taking about wheels, will the wheel alignment and balancing affected the integral active steering?.Can the regular tyre joint do the job?.I read in the US forum that the alignment has to be done at the authorised dealer due to a special equipment needed.Got to be prepared before ist alignment needed...

That I haven't heard it before and it's the 1st time for me. So far I didn't notice any difference when I sent my car other then AB for alignment, unless they have the same machine as AB..then I wouldn't know about it.

Yup, those are standard staggered 19" rims on the 535i. They remind me of my old E90 325i stock which are hideous. I don't know, maybe it's me, but stock OEM BMW rims are really ugly, considering how much they cost...
