Hi Scin, i like sent to cartrade more then AB service..

since my car is bought in outside import dealer.. 1st time sent to AB (before a week) have to show your AP cert. & reg. Card (fotocopy) buy from which dealer to verify the car (i doono what's he want to verify), bcoz this is consider grey import he say... ok.

sent to cartrade , everything is same just direct sent in.. service better then AB .. at-least something he will call back to me

(above is mine experience, maybe other is different ?)
