surprisingly, i was once recommended by a BMW accessory shop in SS2 to service my kar at the said workshop.

Did my kar's CO tuning there and the lad charged me only RM15, not bad what! but i had to wait almost an hour for someone to entertain me and my kar.

If it is the same workshop as I think it is, it did not live up to its name....:D BOO.

If i not mistaken.. it is the same workshop that took my fren's wife for a ride too.
Tell her must change all 4 tires to get ride of "vibration"

Being jealous of his business, I come to this site and say that I sueing the shop because of bad service. Guess what will happened.. The shop with a good reputation should be able to withstand all the accusation or its reputation might be tarnished. Either way, some harm have been done.

Since the above argument is not true and ferry case is a REAL case, .... what is there to be wait ....... just post w/shop name lar .......

i wish you your grant since this is a TRUE case. Would be good as we don't want to see our members being jepordized by some unethical workshop...but then yet it's individual preference as some say that this may be a GOOD WORSHOP and some may take up the step to avoid it , but we BCM "BMWCLUBMALAYSIA"would not bare any responsibilities nor consequnces that may occur during this announcement of that particular workshop.

so the batton is back to FERRY to anounce it ... TQ

I dont mind to announce the workshop name. But i need to follow club rules. I already told to the workshop before i proceed with Tribunal ( BELAGAK X BELAGAK DIA, DIA KATA DIA TAK KISAH ) and we BMW onwer have a club and normally when we have a problem, we will broadcast to the club for the advice and suggestion regarding the problem ( PUN DIA TAK KISAH, MAX PUNYER BLAGAK)... My point is, this will not happened again to others club members.

I aspect they will reply my report for protect him and i need to know what are their point, but he failed to do ( sbb tahu bersalah ), than Mahkamah bersidang pun tak datang... What do u think about that workshop....

For my case is depands on the individual.... if u think that workshop tread you good or very good, u can continue as normal. If u dont know better u try to avoid otherwise it will make u in trouble. But anyhow be carefull, he had a history.

I already story to my brother in-law (DSP) regarding my case, he advice me to bring friends together with me during getting my money back. At least bawa saksi.... sbb takut that workshop mainkan statement, samada i igut dia laa, apa laaa, byk kemungkinan. My brother said byk kes camtu, he said some workshop mybe smart nak perkena orang. Becarefull.

MMg betul kelvinP.... first day i went there, they charged me and repaired my gearbox just RM195 only..... than everything cantekkkk ajer. Datang ajer problem camniee, lansung tak ader toleransi.... dia saja yang betul.....suruh repair vibration pun x reti, ader ker pie tukar oil seal. Orang tak tahu pasal kereta pun tahu OIL SEAL untuk penahan minyak.... boleh ker OIL SEAL menahan gegaran besi?????? BIG QUESTION MARK....

Sometimes...I wonder why so many mechanics in this country like to tipu customers. Don't they know that honesty is the best policy when you're running a business. If you're honest many many ppl will come to your shop because honest business is hard to find. Remember...when you cheat a customer, that customer will feel pissed and tell his/her friends about you...so in the end you will loss. This is all about attitude.

cat out of bag......and just to verify - there's a abandoned Lotus Espirit in the shop, likely on extended repair process! or maybe claim, who knows.
 
kakaka...nothing to hide..its already a public case. In any case, it will warn other forumers who frequent that workshop. Kudos to Ferry for taking it to the tribunal and kind enough to share it with other members in this forum.

The so called bmw specilaist shop will never be able to service my office bosses & collegues BMW cars, a total loss to them, hehehe.

Note :

sebenarnya terlalu banyak kes rupanyer kalau kita dengar kat court. sometime kita mungkin tak tahu atau tak perasan hak2 kita sebagai pengguna. ader yang beli kereta baru NAZA pun bawa kes ke court. maximum kita boleh claim RM 200 untuk claim susah payah disebabkan masalah penjual atau barang2 yang kita beli, itu hak kita sebagai pengguna. dan kebiasaannya ada masalah kita settlekan kes di luar court, bila tiada jln penyelesaian.... courtlah menjadi penentu.
