Why you don't allow to publish the workshop name ????
- because case still pending - it is a Tribunal la not Court.- no such thing as contempt of Tribunal or criminal ... it is consumer case .... even the jugde person called Presiden, is not a qualified judge or lawyer. Sometimes a lot of stupid things happen there ..... but one thing for sure ..... you are 70% won the case already.
- prejudice to the other party - what is this double standard ke ..... why the thread of 'Good workshop....bad workshop' and few other similar thread http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/forums/good-workshop-bad-t1202.html?&highlight=list+bad+workshop
is allowed. ???

I will say that ferry is very confident with his rights and bring the case to the Tribunal. Ferry know that if he has no evident or fact he would not bring it to the next level.

So .... is it big deal for ferry to mentioned the w/shop name !!!!!! .... that is what this forum for ..... talk about CAR and share good or bad experience about CAR and CAR related...... not posting grandmother story.

Anyway since Unker is a well respected person in the club further more he is the club commitee, I will follow his instruction. He just want to release tension since he is staying at 'the end of Southern Hemisfere', nothing there at his place ...... just mangrove jungle.

for time being, i can't disclose the workshop name until jatuh hukum. niat i bukan nak jatuhkan mana2 pihak, but sometime need also to teach them how to care the owner property . i hope that we can wait until the case settle. i hope also, that the case settle cara baik...dia minta maaf and return back someting to me. for my advise, udm owner will only send to a recomended workshop or to regular workshop.

Why don't you give us the name of the workshop? Scared ahh? I don't receive any PM from you yet. This is like watching a movie but don't know the actress' name. Potong betul. Believe me, you won't be compensated accordingly unless you go the the tribunal. So, there's no harm if you publish the name.

Let everyone know the name of the workshop please. I thought of taking the same route on one of the workshop I kena tipu. This place give warranty of 1 year for rebuilding my gearbox but sadly they do not want to honour the warranty given...after paying close to RM5k, the gearbox still slips and they keep on telling me that its not the gear box...whenever I go there they told me to change this and that..and summore charge exorbitantly....

Am sorry to make u all feel saspen.... on the 8 dec is the last date that the workshop need to submit their report to tribunal. i have already received the confirmation card from pos malaysia for the registered mail send to them.

ok laaa, i hint to u all...the workshop location is at Taman Mayang Kelana Jaya and the shop located at the corner...( besar kedai dia, bole nampak dr LDP towards Damansara at the left side )

After 8 dec, hows that thing going on, i will inform you all, the workshop name.

Even though Abdul Razak Baginda is not proven guilty yet, everybody already knows his name. This is just a workshop la bro. A WORKSHOP! You better give us the name before everybody avoids all workshops in Taman Mayang.

There is always two sides to a story. With all due respect, ferry you are a relatively new to the forum. I have not meet you personally but hope to meet one of these day at the BCM activities.

btw, there are NOT many workshop in Tamang Mayang and the shop that is big and located at the corner and service BMW. My advise is to drive to Taman Mayang and survey the place and you will know what ferry meant.

Am coming back. On the 19 Dec 2006 10.30am at PKNS Shah Alam Tingkat 3, I will be there at Mahkamah Tribunal for my case. Later i will PM to you the workshop name. Hint for the workshop told already, anybody goes to that area can survey the workshop place. I know, maybe other member said that workshop is good, its depands on the individual. Am just to share with you the problem happend to me.

Hello friends...

This is the update for my case.... Semalam aku pergi perbicaraan kes di mahkamah tribunal. That workshop doesn't reply my report to defend them and they doesn't come to the court also. Now court already cameout with the instruction (perintah mahkamah) , the workshop must pay full to me what ever i claimed within 14 days. Tak banyak pun RM1061 ajer. Tapi dia nak tunjuk betapa belagaknya dia...... Before that i try to settle outside and not bring this case to tribunal, and request them to pay RM500 but they dont want.

THIS WORKSHOP FOR ME IS DANGEROUS!!!!!! REPAIR BMW TAK PANDAI PUN SBENARNYA ....TRY AND ERROR AJER. Dia akan bodoh2kan orang especially yang tak tahu pasal kereta. Suruh repair vibration pun tak reti, pastu tukar oil seal, kot kot bole hilangkan vibration.... apa punyer bodoh daaaa.. rugi aku RM60.00

besides the name of the workshop etc, do you mind sharing with us the procedures of filing complaint to the Tribunal? Which office to contact, what forms do you need etc.
I think this would be helpful to some of us, who might have problems with other irresponsible retailers / shops, not necessary car workshops.

anyway, on the matter of releasing the name of the workshop publicly, i don't really see what is the big issue. This is a forum, and whoever take advice here by other bros. must take it with a pinch of salt. So what is the harm in letting the name known?
