Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna

Hi guys... For your information, I already launched my report to Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna to one of workshop that make my UDM in trouble... i kena RM1k ++ for not my problem. I send my car for the vibration problem but they have make my gearbox in trouble due to handling like hantu during test my UDM. after that i have send to another workshop to repair the vibration problem, just kena RM300++ sahaja. rugi oooooo I launched a report to claim back my money from workshop. Now am waiting a response from workshop and waiting que to see them at mahkamah pengguna. I have discussed with workshop before to settle case at outside ( cara baik ), but their way like force me to do up to this level. so i will fight. i will see the workshop at mahkamah. Nevermine either i kalah or not, at least need to ajar skett workshop yang kurang ajar. Supaya tahu bagaimana nak jaga hakmilik/harta pengguna. Just need to share with u all. Sometime we dont know hak kita sebagai pengguna. Actually we can do this up to this way. TQ. p/s : sometime kalau orang tak tahu pasal technical, buta2 kena tipu ngan workshop.

Ok... i will inform u guys when and where for hearing the case. before 8 dec 2006 the workshop need to response my report to tribunal. ( red form attached with my report for thier response )

for time being, i can't disclose the workshop name until jatuh hukum. niat i bukan nak jatuhkan mana2 pihak, but sometime need also to teach them how to care the owner property . i hope that we can wait until the case settle. i hope also, that the case settle cara baik...dia minta maaf and return back someting to me. for my advise, udm owner will only send to a recomended workshop or to regular workshop.

heehee fyi, sometime i feel macam gengster pulak bila case2 macam nie. before this my waja, last 3 month, regular workshop need to tipu i, change engine mounting local but charge and claim as original proton part. cap ayam kata original proton parts, ingat buta ke apa kita. i report to proton, nasib baik that workshop not a proton authorize workshop, kalau tidak itu jam jugak bungkus gulung tikar. Punyerlah bengang time tu. At least the workshop agreed to reduce the bill cost. so tutup case.
