Yeah, i kinda agree with aargh, u like to take a lot of ur red cabrio.. well, i dont blame you. It is nice indeed and my advice is keep it original, chrome bumper, old tail lights as per pre 91.
I like your beige leather seat. Come together with the car or you reupholster it yourself? if yes, where did you do it.. might consider doing it too..

Was driving thruKg. Baru area to get to my barber today and spotted this at Naza..... couldnt resist a side by side photo....
Must admit E30 looks old fashioned beside E36 BUT those 4 exposed round lights and kidney grille are the epitome of 'real' BMWs!!... Sorry all you owners of later BMWs... its just a personal preference...
Btw, that unregistered 1998 ex-UK E36 cabrio was listed at RM300K!! :blink:
Told the salesman...can get an E46 330 Ci cabrio for that price!!

The interior was originally already beige leather whichhad some cracks but not too bad. So, I gatal tukar the leather and added te red piping cos its something I always wanted - a beige leather interior with piping to match body color..
I did it at a place called Yap Cushion in Taman Mayang, but to be honest I wouldn't recommend him, workmanship only so so... there are oters which are better.
I hope to make it to the 3er gathering....

If you know of anyone wanting to dispose of some really deep dished 16" for E30 , let me know ok?
Been looking around for the headrests..but no luck so far... the beige leather covers with red piping are already ready actually... heh! heh!

Doc That e36 price something is wrong somewhere, if you want I think I did told you there is one e46 330ci convertable one owner less on the road for if I am not wrong 110k, 2001 model. this is more real lah Naza I think trying to bull people who don't know. not you off course I mean layman.

I actually left my number with the salesman and asked him to check the price and call me day after.... but until today didn't call. So maybe what you said is true la....

Never be late to see your post. Very nice car. The condition was good even every detail parts. Great cab.
I am not so lucky, when I got back my, it was totaly.... SICK...I have to take out all the fiber body kit, cooling system, order a new top replace rubber and a lot more..... :cry:
By the way Doc. do you got my PM. possible to meet up on 26 May? I will drive my to KL.(to see motor show). hope we can meet up, share some experian and take some pic. If possible try get some other E30 cab. owner for a short gathering? :yes: ....some way around Motor Show area cause I am not familier in KL.
