How to maintain E30 performance.

Dear sifu, what did u all usually do to maintain its performance. in example, when do u get to service ur car. what did u change and what so ever. kindly share ur knowledge with me, hehe. regards, ejat.:top:

all-fluids lubejob, engine tune-up, preventive maintenance on cooling system, shocks & bushings within tolerance, tyres alignment & balancing - all as per their maintenance cycles.

oh, and orange-peel free paintwork

try changing the eng coz standard stock eng (m20 or m40) not efficient try m42 manual taken from e36 (single cam) but i think m44 taken from z3 is better coz its twin cam.im using m44 replacing my m40 sound better feels better and smoother ride.

replace all fluids la... engine oil, transmission, power steering & brake fluids, diff oil, flush coolant.

don't give wrong info if you're not sure... Can mislead the newbies...

M40 - SOHC timing belt (115hp) E30 318i & E36 318i
M42 - DOHC timing chain (140hp) E30 318is & E36 318is & E36 318ti
M43 - SOHC timing chain (115hp) E36 318i
M44 - DOHC Timing chain (140hp) E36 318is & E36 318ti & Z3 1.9 DOHC (There's also the Z3 1.9 SOHC)

my car is still da same. cannot go faster, maybe coz of the AFM or worn camshaft, cant find da suitable time to go for a check. coz i am doing part time job now. then da start problem kadang2 je jdi skg. haish, i will go for a check when da car start meragam again. other than that, its okay. i want to find bodykit. maybe mtech 2. does theva's fiber work is okay? do u ever use his service? i am thinking of his quality.

and your transformation? how's progress? so far so good?

ahaha, alang2 kalau jadi, i think of servicing my car, standard servicing that u usually do? how much? i usually change filter, engine oil. x sampai 100.
