any of u managed to push the head rest all the way down after u pulled it up the first time? now i unable to push all the way down ( as in no metal stands revealing) after i pulled up,. the lowest i can go is like 1 click and about 1 inch of the metal stands revealing outside.

Hmmm another global topic has hit home. this is another hotly debated topic worldwide....everyone should vote in the other thread "list of problems...." Im now expecting some forumers here to start their ranting and raving about the Kulim assembly plant, Malaysia etc etc... ;)
 
It's got nothing to do with the assembly plant but a widely discussed issue for most people. I have similarly problem. I just peel a little the protection cap of the 'other' stalk of the headrest. There is a small suspension button hidden under the cap. Push it and push the headrest all the way down. If you accidentally pull the headrest up you will have to repeat the step. I have no idea why it's designed this way.
 
my front passenger one can go all the way down ie level 0,but driver one is "stuck" at what seems to be level 1
