Right Rear Head Rest Came Off

aalrightee, here's my question. i have my right rear head rest and the internal mechanism that holds it into place with the seat seems to be non existent and the head rest sort of flops around like it's got a broken neck. ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration i admit but hey, whatever that holds it into place to the seat is just not there. i have ruled out termite infestation as the cause so i am open to what you guys might have to suggest.....
