Checked, it is November 2012 manufacture. Would it be 2013 on car Geran? Rusted seat still there for November 2012 manufacture?

Mine was manufactured in Sept 2012, on car grant stated Tahun Dibuat 2013. Rusted seat was also complimentary for that batch. Got my SA to replace it prior to taking over of my car.

I placed my booking end of Nov 12, car arrived Feb 13, collected my car one week later to allow my SA to replace the rusty seats, do the ASS decode and free 3M tint.
The replaced seat panel is silver in color and not black. This is proof that it was replaced and not resprayed, according to the SA.

Yours is glenmarie branch? Meaning all payment made, number registered, you let SA to claim those defect part within one week?, btw, what is ASS decode?

Yea from AB Glenmarie. I placed booking of RM2k on November, then in January trade in my other car and paid the downpayment and process loan. SA able to provide me car registration card and VIN one week after that. Number registered once loan approved. After all paperworks settled, then SA called to pick up my car before CNY. I asked him to check my seats and he said rusted, so i asked him to arrange to get them replaced. Also asked for a complimentary ASS decode and do the tint before i pick up the car 2 weeks later.

ASS decode is to decode the Auto Start Stop function to remember the last user preference. By default it is on everytime we start the car even if we had turn it off before that. Now the ASS remembers the choice after turning off the engine. In simpler sentence, I control what i want.

BTW to new owners picking up your ride soon, prior to taking deliver, do also check on the rear car seats for loose hinges, defects on the seat leathers and stitchings, loose triangle panel of the gear shifter, and also walk around the car while engine is running and check for unusual noise. You may compare the noise with other same models there. In my case, i got a creaking rear left car seat whenever pressure is applied on the seat, a hole like defect on one of my leather seat back rest, threads coming off the stitching, a shaky triangle panel, and a clanking noise from the exhaust pipe.
All these are to be complained once i send the car in for my first service.

I checked my Chasis number with www.realoem.com it shows the production month is 11/2012, but catalog is 01/2013, which one to follow?

Bro try log in and key n your Chasis, the catalog will show middle somewhere of the screen, don't know what is catalog

Hi, if I may ask, u've booked ur car in Nov 12 where d car still at old price and collected in Feb 13 when d new price ady implemented so end up r u paying ur car with old or new price?

2013 model has USB on glovebox? Mind is 2012, 320d but without any USB in glovebox. Also the center adapter is nothing. no iphone 5 connections. just USB and Aux in
