E46 reverse sensor

dear all, what happen if an E46 318 year 2000 is fitted with reverse sensor and i want to remove it and change back to the original strip (black lining). Anyone did that b4? I really dun like it, very noisy.

all bro, another question, if u r using shifttronic on your E46, y when we stop completely the gear wont go to 1st gear but it stick to 2nd gear. if we start move again then our gear box teruk lar coz it start from 2nd gear (just like manual car imagine u stop in traffic light and when green light u used 2nd gear to move)

You want to sell your original reverse sensor (BMW calls it PDC)?

Floor the accelerator fast when you want to move after standstill, it will go to 1st gear.

mouse, yr sensor is ori ke? how many sensor at the back 4 or 2? then yr sensor got led display telling distance ah?

i am planning to install the rev sensor but what brand a good one ahh?

Why don't you name your asking price based on what you would be comfortable with?

OEM units (from same supplier to BMW) are selling at about RM1,500.00 brand new, according to M1. For BMW-labelled units, AB wants about RM2,500.00 if I'm not mistaken.

Mine does not have the reverse sensor. This is ori or cheapo kind?...heheh h34r:

BMW original PDC is more accurate, those el-cheapo ones.errr...not so accurate. And yeah the PDC with 4 sensors are 2.5-3k. I saw the chop shop in bandar sunway got 1 unit last week...asking price rm400..don't know which model though. I know some el-cheapo ones after a while of usage, whether got object or no object, it will tit tit tit tit as and when it likes.

but also the both side way of ur back if getting near to pillar or wall when u reverse

the PCD have 4 button (good condition) wah wah wahhhhhhhhh leakwoon n paksu now both of u bom me lar, last time i am the one asking u both post pic, now u 2 attack me lar. nevermind, u both should received my pm and know what's happening coz i put my car onhold due to car price reduction. The dealer gimme 1 week to confirm if not my 500 deposit is burn. can both of u belanja me roti after that r
