Well, if we are gonna be drinking ourselves silly at the beach pub after annual dinner, I don't think I can handle a next day event, hahahaha! I'll be lucky if I can get back to the correct room...

Hi Jarance,

The special rate is only meant for members and their spouses. Even if JPB brings his GF, he will have to pay RM120. Even at RM 120, its barely enough to cover the expenses that will be incurred.

Bundy, need a little more clarification. If a member comes solo, it's only RM80. If a member bring partner, is it RM80 + RM120 or only RM120?

If member brings a partner (who's not a club member or your spouse) then it's RM80 for you and RM120 for your partner. Hope this is crystal.

Not really lah..

a. member and spouse = RM80 or member and spouse = RM80 + RM80 (obvious)
b. member and 2 spouses = RM80 + RM80 + RM80 or member and 2 spouses = RM80 + RM80 + RM120

I think the keyword "pax" or per person is missing..

I;ve been there 2x. If I recall correctly, the parking area is down the small hill and very dark at night...since this is congregation of many desirable cars, perhaps the organizer should look into this matter.

Shaifulo, we have already informed the Hotel Management of the need to station security guards nearby during our stay there. As far I can remember when I was there earlier this year, the car park near the Tennis Court is lighted up at night. Same goes to the staff car park near the Security Counter. During weekends, the hotel is usually packed and the cars are usually parked along the main road leading to the hotel lobby, and yes the road is lighted up as well.

Committee, pls correct me if I'm wrong, I'm assuming 'son + son' should be entitled to the same special rate of RM80 each if not less right? Unless there's an age restriction to this event aka 18XX.....

I certainly hope that children of the member would be below RM80 as the committee have mention that this outing is also for family as well. However, I hope that member would also consider that the club are doing their best to cater for everybody with the constraint of budget and sponsorship.

We have already thought of the kids.

For the kids we will have a special table for them, and they could order ala carte. It wont be fair for the kids (below 12 years old) to pay even RM 80.

Correct. RM80 is for Official Members.
