BMW CLUB Malaysia 2008 Annual Dinner - Questions, Comments and What Not! :)

We have already thought of the kids.

For the kids we will have a special table for them, and they could order ala carte. It wont be fair for the kids (below 12 years old) to pay even RM 80.

I mentioned "son + son". They don't qualified as kids. Should be fair 2 the Club & others that I pay full fare.As jarance have mentioned, there is constrain on the Club's budget. So Committe, is it 120.00 per son? Pls advise 2 enable my payment. TQ.

Mr. DD if u r attending , one round of beer on me no problem even if there is no savings.

In order for this event to be successful and a truly wholesome family outing for
all BMWCM members, forummers and enthusiasts, I would suggest the following so that everyone will bring their family and friends to attend this event:

1) Member, Spouse and Children above 18 years : RM80

2) Non Member and Children above 18 years : RM120

3) Children 12 to 17 years : RM 40

4) Children 6 to 11 years : RM 20

5) Children below 6 : FREE

Hope this suggestion goes down well with everybody as we want each and everyone with family to enjoy themselves and not limit this Grand Affair only to the Adults because of the high cost involved.

Hope the Committee will look into this and I apologise for intruding into their organisation of this event.

Lamoo, thanks for your constructive suggestions.

The committee will look into it, but I hope all members realised that we will be having a Chinese Set Dinner and as such the hotel will charge us accordingly as per the number of tables booked (one table = 10 seats), irrespective of the child's age.

I'd agree for kids below 6 years of age, it should be FOC.

If you are just attending the dinner the RM120. If you also want to stay add in the room charge.

Note: confirmation for both (dinner & accomodation) is based on monies received.
