So, dry grip wise, evenly matched as well as comfort, road feedback and progressiveness. But in the wet, PS3 is superior. I have used PS3 at the front for the past 4 years on my E39. Still going strong. Michelin comes with 6 years warranty so in case of bengkak or whatever .... So, if price difference is significant, go for PS3.
That said, I'm considering T1 Sport for my rear which are currently PS2. PS2 has Wear score of 81%, Comfort score of 88% and Dry Grip score of 94%. Supposedly more lasting than PS3 but wore out faster because have to deal with the power channeled to the rear. T1 Sport replaces the T1-R. Score wise, T1 Sport is so much better than the tyre it replaces but is quite a bit below PS2. Just that PS2 is so much more expensive now. Shucks.... gotta find something more affordable. I haven't used Toyo before.
I had Dunlop Direzza on my E39 prior to the current set of Michelins. They're quite poor in terms of comfort.
