Well not if you buy it from AB :) Besides, RFT are stupid expensive especially for the staggered wheels. If I change out of these, I will go with the normal tyres pump it with sealant, and keep one of those pump and sealant kits in the car. Even if I don't change out of these, my next set of tyres will be normal tyres..

thanks guys for quick response...
november, should get more details when my ride arriving next couple of days.

a silly question to ask, if i dun use RFT and it is puncture now, can the car still run since no spare tyre at the back

Hi 528i,

Once you use conventional tyres, if a puncture occurs, you'll need a sealant to seal the puncture, otherwise you'll be stranded.

I changed my stock 18" (BMW 234) RFT into BMW 312 21" with normal tyres when I got my F02, and the owner also gave me an air-pump with a can of sealant. Touch wood, no punctures yet :)

do u guys know where I could get the Continental Mobility Kit? Cheaper than the BMW mobility kit..

BMW mobility kit is something lke 600 over ringgit in IPOH.. Bro KHT got lobang.

i think the continental mobility kit is half the price of that..

Any of you heard of alloy wheels direct from uk before? Saw that they have most of the BMW F10 wheels and they do ship internationally. My concerns if they are reliable and any issues with our customs since they will deliver via UPS? Check with on line operator and got a quote of approx £1801.51 inclusive of freight to kl for a set of M 351, reasonable? Only wheels.

yes, Heard of them and they have quite a good proven records. Ebay store rating also very high
Recommended if you are base in UK. For int Shipping, might be too risky
1801.51 GBP might sounds like a cheap deal, but with the time, risk of damaging ( though you will also advised to get insurance) and tax.
In SGP, anything above 400 SGD will incur Import tax and GST.
I am sure Malaysia Kastam Diraja will impose same ruling.
plus, the wait for custom clearance and etc etc might not seems to be worth while effort for maybe few hundreds saving.

In fact, you can even get 20 Inch 356 wheels with tyres like 9K Ringgit after trade in ( Ask Rubik)

how about the Slime Kit with pump (rm85)???

Thinking of getting it as i am planning to put on non RFT... hehe...
