An original display is a major mod and very expensive. The entire dash has to be changed.

There are aftermarket solutions witha a double DIN display from China but it does mean that you have to change your head unit and the diaply will stick out like a sore thumb. I have never seen this done on a Z4 though. E46 and E39 yes. They can even put in a nav system.

wud u consider tis ? fold-in display... u can install rear,front cam, connect ur idevices to the player...install gps...dvd, ps2 etc.....

any accesories shop will have..juz tell them u wanna add av interface for ur idrive system....around 3.5k including labour, 7-8 hrs.... i did mine in kota damansara, chong auto gadget....0123668833 (chong) they did interface for lambo, R8, cayenne etc too
