Cold start prob.

Im facing cold start prob. mechanic advise was suck.. already change starter n battery ( previous starter n battery 5 month still gud)and i still face this prob..no prob in crank.. alternator also workingany idea?

what do u mean by cold start prob? like car stuttering then die off?

Hi firdaus325....looks like we are having the same problem!!!
My is 318(A) 1997...
my e36 lately having problem startin ....The funny thing is it ONLY happens in the MORNING!!! (first start of day)
after that once warm up....everythg OK...even the next start up..no problem..
I notice the RPM is stable..not moving up and down..It just need a warm up......It wasn't like that two months ago...

I have change.....ICV...AFM....as advice by (useless) mechanic....still problem is there....

Any sifus sifus out that???? TOLONG LA KITA!!!!

it look like wiring issue to me. but still face this prob. need to switch on for while before start..
