Just placed "booking" on a used 118i Wxx 8255, not sure if this could belong to one of our forummers?

Thanks sewell. Anyway I'm nowhere near a true UD///M hard core.

It's a hard decision to make between a new Golf TSI, new Polo GTi or used 1er.

Bro, Congrats! I saw that at Cheras auto city too. I roughly know the price, how much you bargain at the end? You are right, I was dilemma on the new Golf TSI and used 1er.

Bro godfather, you should have test driven it and placed booking then and there :) , then I could have saved RM154,800 and waited another few months, perhaps, for Polo GTi.

I drove it for more than an hour that day, to Optimum and back, driving feel was good and couldn't find anything bad to talk about.

Fuel consumption is excellent, with about 4-6l / 100km when cruising at 80kph with its stock RFT.

Overall, a real UDM experience that Polo may not be able to offer.

Got 4 new rubbers over the weekend, replacing the stock Bridgestone ER30 RFTs are Falken ZE912 @ RM1300 all inclusive. Done at Speed Line Kota Damansara.

The ER30 all worn off after 34k KM done by previous owner. I believe RM1300 is more or less equivalent to 1 piece of the ER30 only.

    Tyre size : 205/55/16

No bro, tyre shop Ah Meng strongly discourage that.

Reason being this ride will 90% used within 10km radius from house.

On this day 7th September 2011, my wife's 1er celebrates her 1st month in our porch. Today I sent her ride to Ingress Auto for routine service which was due on Aug 2011.

At 10.05am the reception area is like a busy office. Couldn't get a comfy seating until around 11am, at which the crowd suddenly disappeared.

After oil change the ride feels much more responsive.

It's another 15k km before the next oil change.

    See Wai

Can you share a bit more on below... So Cheras Auto let you take the car out to Optimum for 1-2hrs for assessment and diagnostic? Any BS from them for you to do so? Good dealer should allow for such unless they got something to hide la... Is the salesmen with you the whole time?

    Hi gamenoob,

It's Jilid Auto, and yes the salesman was with me during the 2-hour drive-n-assessment.

How much the assessment from Optimum cost like? Would certainly engage them if I found something in that part of the city

This is a good question. I suggest you give them a call and enquire within.

Bro bukanmain, the remap didn't complete as expected as the sprint booster Bernard brought over is not suitable for my ride, somehow.
