dear committee why dont u guys be a bit more transparent and let the members know what u guys are up too..at least with a monthly update or minutes of your meetings, at least we mere mortals know whats happening (or rather to know that u guys actually have meetings) ...this is good for u guys to show that u guys actually meet up and not just sitting pretty...thus shutting up those who seems to think u guys do nothing...I know u guys dont get paid but like what our club advisor said u guys voluntered urselves so at least try to be in the 5h1t that u guys were expecting..dont be shy 'Just do it'. If things dont turn out as expected , I for one would be the first to forgive bcos at least u tried and should have no reason to be vocal bcos I salaried worker also can screw up what more an unpaid worker. Its good also for the minutes of the meetings to be posted at least from here you can also in a way implement things or subconsciously let the members know what is going to be implemented or what they are not suppose to do. (eg. it was suggested that the word XXX cannot be posted bcos blablabla......and members must not just post smilies.) From the example above at least I know now that the word XXX is offensive and why and its not good to just post smilies. Get the dorifto? Forgive me if Im overhyped in my posting but Italy just won...yahoooo.

Yo zoggee, what wrong with appointing a new moderator. Somebody have to take care of the forum 24/7. When we have the Necc as mod, some of you complained that he is not tactful and overstep his moderating right. What wrong with appointing a female mod. Are you implying that a female cannot perform as well as a male. I hope that is not your opinion. If you think that the new mod is not up to par, please PM me about your specific complain and I will personally look into it. That goes for the others as well.
