I'm happy with the change of date as the original date clashed with a wedding which I had to attend

 

Komeng, I saw the renewal thread has just been put up, timing is not the best based on my experience when club guest being charged the same amount as renewal fee. U'll see many RM150 deposits and yet it's near impossible to identify which is which I.e. 2012 Renewal or AD participation fee.

So for those who is reading this post, if you have done a bank in, for either 2012 renewal, or AD charges for club guest, kind notify the Treasurer the full details ASAP and the Treasurer must promptly update the cash book.Treasurer's phone banking bank statement can only get the last 20 transactions, debit/credit inclusive. Anything beyond that, eith have to wait for statement to come 2nd ~ 3rd week of the following month, or go to home branch in Kelana to print statement.

AD in late December, must complete a/c by 2nd week of Jan2012, then get auditor to sign the a/c. Auditor need at least 1 month to vet the a/c. The signed audited a/c must be circulated to members 1 month before AGM. AGM must be held before 31st March 2012.

Last year's balance sheet and P&L was done by me and it took me more than 2 weeks to prepare and to get it balance, not to mention countless messages exchange with the 2 last Treasurers to clarify certain entries. It's best for the Treasurer to start building the balance sheet and P&L whenever there's updates in any transaction. Fabian had monthly balance sheet and P&L, that one I really tabik! :13:

You need to pay RM150 + RM150 = RM 300 for you & wife as you are a Club guest. The price of RM100 is for Official member and RM 120 is for Official member's spouse.

any news for the line up of lucky draws which at most is usually the main attraction as most of the items are pretty hot ....

an AD that i can remember clearly " everyone would be a lucky draw winner " but was not as quoted everyone ....instead everyone would have a goodie bag

the wind that i heard carried to my ears was ..... maybe a Ipad2, latest galaxy tab2, lcd's, blah, blah... and maybe drivers training...plus if a 100 pzx attendance, minus the guests, almost 80% is a winners !!
