X1 Problems

Hello to every one

I just got X1 new car and after 2 weeks suddenly it show hand brake fault on the display. The hand brake is lock and can not release so the car cant move. At the end send back to factory. Today they call up and explain after replace the brake sensor, the brake pump need to be replace and need 2 weeks for the parts. Just want to know any one encounter this problem before?

Any suggestion of action which I can take?

never heard of such issues on an X1...mostly oil leak problems
