WTB: Shell Engine Flushing Oil

Used to be able to get this from selected Shell stations for about RM 25 (4 litres pack) but of late it's difficult to locate this product. Any lead?

Some would think that a bottle of diesel grade engine oil like Mobil Delvac MX would do a better cleaning job as diesel oil has more addictive packed in. Just run for a few days without revving your engine too high before you change with your normal FS oil. Remember reading this somewhere.
