Views on Hamann HM2 18inch w 3inch chrome lips for E39

Hi, I hv been offered a set of original HM2's with really deep dish. They nd to be reconditioned as there are scrapes on the lips. I reckon I will need lowering springs as well to complete the look given mine are currently stock.Any suggestions on the fair price to offer the seller for a set of original used HM2's with the hamann caps as well as recommendations for a good lowering spring. I saw hot bits has E39 springs up for sale on Mudah for only RM380 a set. Any experiences with those? Thanks in advance.
