Reviews coming from a BMW owner.. that's what I call "credible" review. U know what u are talking about.. :top:

For all the comparisons u pulled up, I have actually expected them as those are some of the strength and weakness of these car manufacturers' philosophy.

U will never do well wearing a tuxedo on the sport track and you will never look good wearing a tuxedo in a pair of running shoe. That pretty much explain the different philosophy of both car manufacturer.

And yes, engine performance wise, Honda engine also has higher hp than Toyota while Toyota engine always has better torque than Honda. If u like torque-y car, stay away from Honda and if you like high rev, high hp, stay away from Toyota. I guess both are catered for different market. If you drive Honda and still feel like ah-pek, then Honda fail because Toyota suppose to do that and vice versa.. :p

What is there to evaluate the sales and sevice staff when the guys who got the contract to evaluate also need to be evaluate. They got the job also because who knows who. Not because they qualify and i heard you were one of the teacher as well tyke telling them how to evaluate the team.

If you care to interview the elderly folks that currently drives Toyota on what car would they like to own if they are a slightly better off, you will be surprised most of them will tell u BMW while those who currently drives Honda, would want an upgrade to Mercedes.

My father drove Toyota before and currently using Volvo. When I asked what car he wanted to get, he will say BMW. When I ask why not Mercedes, he say that one too show off and they all look the same anyway, nothing special. Unlike the 5 series..

Too bad the didn't bring in the 3.5L V6 which has a Variable Cylinder Management system which can reduce the number of active cylinder on the fly between 3, 4 and 6 cylinder. Very impressive technology and they even price it to be RM245k in our local Honda website. Sure they didn't bring in meh?

Guys not need to be hating?

Anyway RB, you know me. But the question is do you know me that well?? How do you know if im not capable to this kind of Job?

RB i am your friend, but please before you say anything about me or any other people pls get your facts right first. Whatever problems you have or had with the people who employed me that is your problem.

Why do you want to pick a fight with everyone? You think we didnt get evaluated before the actual Job? Please do not speculate, it just makes peoples blood rise.

a quick question: accord, camry or citroen c5?

the new c5 looks awesome:

Fazz, U do have a strong affinity to French cars.....as I recall ur wife drives a picasso.

No doubt, French cars are very aestetically done IMO tho the local support here and hence resale value seems not a strong point. I must say the C5 station wagon is very nice, but saloon reminds me of an A4.....

Having said all that - Give me the C4 Rally Machine, with Loeb as my driver......anytime! LOL ( I must remember my puke bag )

Anyhow - to answer ur question

Accord - reliable and boring
Camry - reliable and nicer tho big
C5 - Chic but with question marks on local support

I think to add to your heachaches, the Audi nowadays are eye catching too....or even the new Mazda 6 2.5 is another possibility.

happy hunting.
