Side mirror spots

Both my side mirrors have some kind of brown spots on them. Any ideas what it is and how to fix it?View attachment 22545

Two things might cause this:

1) Mirror is de-laminating. This happens to cars with heated mirrors (after 7-10years).

2) Auto dim goo that injected in the mirror has found a place to leak.

Yeap the mirror needs to be replaced. Ori one really expensive, you need to buy a replacement one but make sure its for the heated and dimmable type. Also if your car has one with a line dividing left and right portion of the mirror, find the same one.
