:) hey guys..my shock absorbers are in need of replacement..at the moment i'm using standard shocks with Eibach Pro-kits.what wud be the best combi for me to use? leaning towards Bilsteins or Eibach's own absorbers.. inputs???

:) what about the pro-damper? i know bilsteins are good but the pro-damper has been harmoniously(eibach's own words) tuned with its pro-kit springs.shudn't that be good?
i haven't heard of anyone using the pro-dampers for whatever reason, maybe the price compared to bilsteins are a bit more expensive?? dunno.. :dunno:

been using bilstein and eibach for a while.. definitely better than mtech + eibach.. u want aa? previously on 318.. i've been using them on my 325 for 3 months now.. i sell cheap-cheap oni.. gatal for coilovers.. :D

Bilstein Sports ( Yellow shocks ) are a great match for the Eibachs. I'm running them with 18 inch rims and have no complaints so far. Much better than the Koni Adjustables that I had before.

 anyone out there using pro-dampers??
looks like everyone's using bilstiens..
adliz,those that u'r using..are they for 318 or 325? can interchange ah?
i actually had my mind set on an all Eibach setup..pro-kits,pro-dampers and the anti-roll bars.maybe even the spacers..

from what i was told, the shocks are interchangeable.. the springs are not.. wah, getting spacers aa? what's your 'project' lah? :D

 heehee..doing a few tweaks to the engine la.nothing too grand though but the SK1 will be the 'main course' la.. shhhhhhhh  :nyehehe:

where is a good place to get it ah. I looking for a set too for sports suspension setup though

:) someone told me that for best comfort use stock absorbers with the pro-kits..true.but i noticed that with stock absorbers, the body control during cornering on uneven roads tends to get a tad messy..just a tad but u'll notice it.
someone else mentioned that bilsteins tend to be on the stiff side for the ride.but still no input on pro-dampers.. :dunno:

The eibach pro-kit spring is different from the bilsteins/eibach sports combi set.
Check the part no on the two springs. I think the pro-kit/pro-damper(SACHS) is a good match but than again it seems non of our members here are using these combi to advise you on the performance. Guess you have to lead us on this new discovery.

:) anyone here from singapore? can u'all advise me on where and who to call if i want to find out about eibach's pro-damper and also bilstein shocks.. want to compare prices both here and in singapore.

Just notice this problem this morning...my car seems a little bit lowered on right side ( a few inch). Anyone knows what the problem maybe? :dunno:

:D maybe the car was parked on an unlevel surface..always get that effect but was actually the surface..dunno..maybe :D

supergripen,

how about KW? Did you ask for that? Is it better than Eibach + Blistein?
:) i've heard of KW too..
the thing is i'm already on Eibach Pro-kits.if i go for KW i'll have to sell off the Eibachs..rugi la.
i'm still setting my sights on the Pro-Damper from Eibach..not too soon though,no extra cash to spend yet!!!
