Rusted seat ....????

Will be checking my ride soon - shocking that a marque like BMW has such fundamental QC issues like this...
My current 328i is my first bimmer but aiseh - apart from a helpful SA I have, I have other issues too...

When the first few complaints surfaced, BMW, being a premium brand, should hv done stringent qc to make sure subsequent cars are not affected. Now every new buyer has to check for rust, and other defects. We are like their quality control inspectors but we pay them to do that!! Am collecting my car in June, would expect by then defects would be corrected. If not, well, it'll be in and out of service centres like the rest of you.

my condition is same like yours, bottom ok, nut tak ok.

Can claim warranty?

They told me they will respray the rusted frame after cleaning . my aircond condensation water pipe rosak making water going into the cockpit . menyampah BMW

It's like light brown spotting everywhere on frame (size:5sen coin) - macam cheetah

Yes. I requested for replacing the frame also, front passenger and driver seat. They agreed.

I straight made an appointment with him at service center. They need to check the availability of the replacement seat frame and will let me know when i need to send my car in. It will take one day for the job to be completed.

if make appointment with sc and straight claim form them is that ok? Since I'm going sc and do checking

Well, u chosen BMW for its driving performance and outlook, not for luxury or comfort or RELIABILITY. For real BMW lover, maintenance and repairing are just a pleasure for us.
