Change to new lifters. It is the only way. Your M40 uses hydraulic lifters and these are not servicable items.

i am using shell 15/50 isnt that the common oil used and hw does the oil effect in the sound . its definately not a permenant solution but it helps for about 3000km so which means for every oil change ...... well i amgoin to try the Nasa/Badhall hopefully it works...hehehe
