Reading the Odometer of the E32

Hey guys, I'm not really too familiar with the speedo in my car. Or I'm just too darn confused. As the picture shows, all readings are supposed to be in Miles right? Does this mean, 302 miles travelled is equivalent to 486 km, and 231,041 miles = 371,745 kms? Terribly sorry if the question asked sounds rather stupid.

Your speedometer is already in MPH and Km/H.

Your odometer now show the reading in miles. it can be programmed to show the reading in KM if I am not mistaken.

Thanks Jarance. My mistake, was more confused about the readings on the odo. :stupid:

You cannot reprogram the odo on an e32, however you can change the coding plug to kms

Thanks Kev, for confirming that the e32 odo meter cannot be program.

Looks like Eggie got another 69,000 miles to go before his odometer "freeze" up.

Ahh, the dreaded freezing up of the odo? What will happen after that?

Added another 11K miles since my first post on this thread... Means I've covered around 17.6K KMs in over a year... :4:

What's this PA Soft Haywire? Can adjust the odo of the E32 also? I don't mind leaving the readings as it is, just need to mentally convert the mileage to km each time! :4:
