Radio/tv frequency

My e39 m5 radio/tv is based on Japanese spec. Is there any place where I can convert to local frequencies without changing the set.

What year is the E39? - It should be just a button push (I think you hold the Select key while turning the key on but I would have to check) - You then have to select the geographic area. It will be set to Japan, but you can select Oceania or Europe.
