Today is only 20th day into 2008 and getting a factory roll out car in 2008 in Germany into Malaysia and get it registered, on the road in 20 days. Impressive!

I was told by the sales assistant that this car is CBU but what I meant by 2008 is the JPJ registration... HaHa :wink:

1-series is all CBU Germany.. almost bought 1 and SA said takes 2 month from booking to delivery because manufacturing Germany, sea freight here.. and possibility of delay..

None of the Asia countries is assembling 1-series. So all 1-series are assembled with high precision robots.. very high quality!

That also mean u can choose everything from fabric, trim, rims bla.. bla.. bla.. and of course paint.

Just inspected the car, looks good w/ just 86km on the odometer for a pre-reg Dec-07 car !
Now what i hv to do each morning is to decide whether to drive the 325i Sports or the 120i Sports .....hmmm
