Private Track Day 10 August 2009

Hi Guys & Gals ,Me mate n I are orgynising a private track day at SIC.... and the slot we got is Monday 10th August 2009 1500-1800 . That's 3pm-6pm . So , I 'd like to invite everyone who's interested to join in. So , it'll be all BMW s lah ..and VW (me mates) .. So , it'll be only among us , so no need shy shy lah.. hantam ajaaaa... slow car, fast car, slow driver , fast driver , newbie..who caresssss... just have fun.. I was quoted RM12k for that session.. so if 30 cars = RM400 each. if 40 cars = RM300 each....or can commitee help ask for lower rate So guys... Ada BERANI? Any thoughts? Any takers? I guess the only problem would be the slot is on a MONDAY.. and the fee.. but then it would be private for us only...novices Anyone who's game , please put down your name .. Kumar la gave the date and the rate and now gotta find mates... u boleh tolong nego ka Mr. President sir slot sudah dapat! So far, me mates ada 14 . Mix of BMW , AUDI & VW .. so , if we can add some from our BMWCM would be great lah.. ALL GERMAN MAKES :top::driver:

yeah.. come on guys .. especially those with //M power cars .. this is the place to test your car and skills.. not on the road.. drive to your hearts' content.. if on 'open track day' there might be as many as 100 cars , be it not all 100 is gonna be on the track ay once, it is still a lot.. this is private and no pressure maaaa and majority will be among us only... drive at your comfort level.. maybe limit to about 40-50 cars , so gonna cost between RM240-300 only maaaa... and oh.. MR PRESIDENT sir... can help ask for more discount aaaa for your citizens of BMWCM and maybe after seeing the response , I ll orgy another track day for BMWCM only.. for now , i also wanna see how great are d VW n Audi

Better set a realistic goal of how many u need from here to make up the number...
If all of u want to keep the price low, spread the words around... the more the merrier.. Committing only if the price is below RM300 wouldn't help..

So if there's not enuf number by July 15, does that mean the track days would be called off?

Do u guys want to rope in the Alfa Romeo and FIAT guys from Auto Italia as well?? I'm sure one particular matt black GTR might be interested to join...

My car needed some work done so can't commit myself for this track day.. But here's the onboard videos of my slow E30 taken during the HPC track day in November last year.

The target of 40 shouldn't be that hard (40 = RM300 each) As of today including the 7 names above + me mates (18 pax) , that's 25 already.. Kumar of SIC has stipulated that MINIMUM cars shall be 30. More would be better.. Else , no go!! Yeah , I think why not ,that's a great idea.. lets invite the Auto Italia guys.. anyone with contacts , please convey the invitation on my behalf. I am okay if it's okay with you guys. Kumar also said that for TRANSPONDER usage , it ' ll be an extra RM2k.. so, if we have 40 cars .. that's an extra RM50 each. so if we have 50 cars which I think is just nice , the cost spread out would be RM 280 with TRANSPONDER and RM240 without transponder.

So , what do u guys think..? & once all's confirmed , I will send out the registration forms via e-mail for u guys to fill in & print the forms. So that when we reach SIC , we dont have to waste time filling in forms in all that heat. So that we can maximize our pleasure

How can I say NO to fellow drivers wanting to have fun.. If it's ok with the guys , I am game... the point is lets just enjoy ourselves... SAFELY...

to get more car..I suggest get other car club to join.Bimmersclub( I know a few hardcore guys would join. Malat Bimmer,Ampang Boys,udmowners?? Set a dateline for bimmers make and then invite others make to join la. If limits to bimmers only..haiya....one thousand and ONE excuses.
