Hello Alan Teh,

Yup, we should have a ride then...waiting for vteoh new car come out soon. After we fix the "garang" M3 grill at Cost Buy. We have a ride then. It will be fun !! But forgot to mentioned that Alan Teh car very SUPERB marvelous with paddle shift and the interesting thing was overtaking the car from lane 1 to lane 3 at Coastal Highway
 
Vteoh is giving me pressure like....hey !!!! look here !!!!! look there !!!! me have kids !!!!! and how im goin to step max on the accelerator......:rolleyes:

Huahhaahha...you are right. This is what we call "pandu cermat jiwa selamat" :)...you suppost to drift when entering Tesco corner from coastal highway. Or else pump up the speed straight away to Jetty area. This is the only way we can feel the 200 km/h ride. :p
 
What u guys think.....trade in my 318 for Mistubishi Lancer 2.0GT...then later i sell my wife's car for a 325...maybe 2 years down the road?

On Friday, I passed by Bukit Jambul near Esso petrol station there got Funstastic Driving Machine Exhibition with Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0GT red color. Try to look closer but the road there quite messy seems that morning heavy rain. But for my point of view, it worth to buy. Why ??
1. Evolution X chassis used
2. Mivec engine 4B11 with 155 bhp @ 6000 rpm
3. Standard package with 18" rims
4. Paddle Shifter
 
Went and test drive the lancer.....some personal comments..

1. exterior
- looks huge
- don't like the part where the bumper meets the bonnet
- too tall...need to lower by another 1.5 inch

2. interior
- good nappa leather
- good steering grip...can be better though
- nice paddle shifters
- not enough leg room at the back
- sizeable boot space

3. performance and handling
- good 2.0L power...
- handling is not bad...understeers a little at hard corner
- engine note sounds like a Fokker 50 at take off....(for those who ride FireFlyz)

Value for money over the civic...a good 2nd car..

Nice meeting you yesterday at the marvelous superb office. But I more interested into pump up the Mini Cooper acceleration. Hope you can bring us jalan2 someday with your AB Mini Cooper.

vTeoh and i had to do a small run to get the 46's keys as i forgot them this morning, he can tell you how the MCS pulls off light throttle.

Wah, great, yesterday we went shopping at Ban Huat Chan, Cosbuy and 99 shop. Alan Teh guided us there with his SMG becoz we are not familiar with the road. End of the day, vteoh and my car looks different already and we fully satisfied with the time spent. Thanks to Alan Teh for bargaining the price for us
 
I know that vTeoh has purchased white lights, but what did you get?
 
I bought front white signal lamp, rear lamp red-white-red, M3 fender grill, BMW carbon fiber emblem front and back. However when I see MCS black color "cucuk" me from the back, I am surely pull my bimmer aside :)
 
ha, i do not really cucuk people la. Only those that cast the 1st stone when i am unable to accept the challenge (eg, when i have passengers, engine cold).

Its strange how mostly everyone leaves my 46 alone, my mini, every tom, dick and harry wants to take a bite. Today alone already a Vios and Civic.

I am proud to say both of them got a huge shock! and thats keeping my motor still in the running in envelope, nothing above 4000rpm and no heavy throttle.

If that so, I can say your Cooper still virgin. How long can u tahan :) One day when the gila2 tune come across to your head, sure it will reach 5000rpm and above like your previous mighty ASA K1
 
after the run-in period, can taroh till redline with WOT!
then i shall see what the MCS manual can do. AB only had the MCS demo in Auto.
