@KC, only penang? :)
Oh, last night went to a place called SpeedManual carwash.
Spent RM270 for car 3 layers polish wash everything and RM230 to remove watermarks on glasses (1 year warranty) + nano raincoat. They using dust type material as an agent for cleaning the glass.
Not sure if this is cheap or expensive but my car was tooooooooooooooo dirty and hairline scratches everywhere including the glasses!
Now that after polishes, my car looks great but still I was hoping to looks better ;) All prices are after discounts as I'm frequent there for washing my cars.
Unfortunately there is nothing can be done on the scratches glasses.

Bro KC, if you come here in SP, err..maybe next year do let me know :)

Kev,

What do you wanna know? About the business with the view of investment or employment, or as a User of their services.

As a business, I think they have hit on a gold mine. There will continue to be a constant flow of suckers and locations out there to keep the business going for many years to come.

I frequented the Subang Parade branch since they first opened many years ago up until recently - more than 15 years. I must say that the earlier crews did a good job. I avoided being a member.

The whole thing turned ugly when I became a member and the polishing job is rubbish. The customer service is non-existent and whatever support I got was downright rude. I threw the membership card in the face of the Subang ParadeForeman and swore never to return. It took them 5months to deliver the card to me anyways. I was a member twice and each time, I never used up my allotment of wash and polish/wax.

If you just want a wash, they are OK. Thie polish and wax is terrible. Like many other members, I ended up with bad swirl marks.

In the final analysis, the membership is just not worth it.
