If you are lucky to find a partner or partners that contribute to all of the F&B areas of development then chances of success rate is very high, other than that give it a year or 2 then will close shop. Kopitiams are a trend, those who hop on it initially would already been established and a preferred brand, but if you have a good concept to develop ,you can beat the oldest and most stable old timers. An example would be Coffee Bean and Starbucks, who is the leader now , and was the leader then?
