RM425k? For an expected 4L V8? That's really goddamn cheap!!!

I highly doubt that price, cos the e46 M3s were going for RM500k+++ when new, and as we know, car prices can only go up, not down, in Malaysia...

No way la....

A CBU 330i was going for 428k at the end of last year.. Don't think an "M" car will be anything less than 550k

The M5 was 950k, M6 was 1mil....

well it could be true.. the new merc s class 350(cbu) was launched for rm888,888... the previous model s320 (cbu) was goin for about rm1.2mil...

keepin fingers crossed tht this will also happen for coming udms

I seriously doubt the new M3 will sell for anything less than 600k. If it sells for RM 425k, I think it will tapau all the competition....hands down! And yes, second hand value for the current M3 would take a serious plunge!

I highly doubt they know the net selling price for Malaysia when:

1) The E90 M3 is not even launched yet and even CIF price is unknown.
2) What are they using to gauge the delivery date of the E90 M3?

So my guess is that the AB salesperson is just pulling these numbers and dates out from thin air.

The current CBU 330i is RM400+K..

Not to mention BMW is planning to launch a the 335i with the 3.0 turbo engine.

So presumably that slots in somewhere around RM450+K... which i doubt. I'd expect it to be around RM500K or so.

Expect the M3 to be at least RM100K - RM150K more expensive.

In Australia, the E46 330i was selling for ~ AUD98K and the M3 ~ AUD150K.

Thats a AUD50K difference.. Id suppose there would be a similar difference in this case except there is a 335i now to go in between and potentially raise the M3 price even higher..

Looks like its gonna be awhile for me... haha...
