Sigh... very unfortunate day, my poor car got hit by a farking retard of a trailer driver earlier today and now need to replace my rear bumper & paint job required for rear 
Stupid insurance company said because my car was hit inside traffic lights box, the case is mostly neutral and we have to make a claim on our own personal insurance only even though the retard was obviously in the wrong??? :stupid:Any advice on the matter or source for rear bumper will be much appreciated.... it boils down to losing my 55% NCB which could total up to 7-8k over 5 yrs or pay for my own repairs which I was quoted at about RM6k??
