Bro JFT63, the quad tail pipes you fixed to your E39, can it be done for E34 also. I was told if do that for E34, can loose power and more petrol burning. By the way, mine is a E34 525 1996 model. Pls advice. :cheers:

I am not using twin box exhaust bro. The other tips are connected to a bypass pipe connected to the exhaust tip..thenpipe is hidden behind my m sport bumper. The torque is still there and nothing affects my engine performance. I think it can be done on e34 if u have enuff space for the pipe..

No place to run the pipe as the fuel tank accommodate the whole right section of the car up to the bumper... So best bet is to route a channeling pipe inside the rear bumper cavity. Requires some heat proofing, if not your bumper will get very hot.and since e34 bumpers are fragile, it might crack.

Unless, put a dummy pipe there. glue it straight from the fuel tank, as there's no suitable metallic place to weld it on.

BTW, I sent it for installing tint film for my rear glass yesterday and when i reached home, found out that my rear blind didnt function...what is the possible cause? fuse? motor?
