I order my from the GB which organize by our Master of DIY Mr Jarance. I think now you can get it from one of the CG here name Harith if i am not mistaken.
About the installation should be simple that you can ask any accessories shop to fix it. Or try to read through the thread from feed back of Anger Eyes, maybe you can DIY he...he....

For the LED angel eye, installation for e46 and e39 is totally different, one is simple like ABC, one is hard like XYZ.
