Hi all,Just wanna share with fellow bmw owners here of my journey with my E_forty6 2sixty.Prelude:Took me almost two months searching and researching the pages of this and other BMW forums to help me decide on what model, what engine displacement, 4 or 6 cylinders so on and so forth to get.When i saw her in this forum's classified, she was second choice actually, there was another E46 up for sale at that time, but i was too late to act. I guess it was fate.I remember login in just to take peek at her and to check whether she is still available.The next thing i remember, with shaky hands i called up the owner and negotiated a place to meet.The first time i met her, at my mechanic’s place, she was as nice as the pictures in the forum.3 weeks later, after many delays due to documentations. I was driving her home with a promise to her previous owner that I will try my best to do justice to her. My knees went soft when she took me to 140km/h effortlessly. My first DIY. Emblem change.Out with the old.
I had to drill the holes as the pins from the old emblem was broken and stuck in side the holes.
In with the new.
