I just bought an E36 from forum member (very nice hansem guy). Very nice car compared to my previous wira.First day spend about RM606 new rear disc rotor, brake pads and service. After checking, battery died and replaced for RM270.I already downloaded the owner's manual and reading it. Still there are some switches that not mention in the manual.I’ll take some picture. Hope sifus here can tell what it is for.Any recommended workshop around taman u, skudai.Thank you.

I remembered my first car was a 1994 E36 318i
Pretty sure you will enjoy it. Despite that at the beginning for the first year investments will be high in replacing such and such old parts ..

oppsss should had upgraded to ventilated ones for the rear ... then you'll get the ultimate breaking power ....but inorder to use the ventilated ones you got to hunt down the rear brake calipers too as the e36 single disc ones won't fit yehh ...

Thanks. I just send the car to two-b at taman u.
I want to do full checking and repair. Its easier to maintain later.
Car cannot start after reset error code. Something wrong, Just change the battery last week.
Guys at two-b checking the car now. Update wants happen and the cost later.
Got lots of bmw and merce there. They are castrol authorised service centre too.
Hope can find the root cause of inttermitent start issue.
If the service is good they will be maintaining this car later.

1. Clean air valve (RPM/timing not stable)
2. Valve cover gasket - RM65
3. V/Cover seal ring RM6 x 10 - RM60
4. Timing cover gasket - RM45
5. Profile gasket - RM27
6. Fan belt - RM80
7. Wiper pump - RM68
8. Coolant - RM15
Labour for all above RM240.
The temperature increase very slow now. Before this temperature will be at middle just after 2~5min.
Now it tooks much longer, maybe about 10-15min. Is it better or worse?
