MSPORT full body kit for F30

Just to resurrect this thread, has anyone installed the Taiwan replica MSport/MPerformance kit on their F30s? If so, how is the quality and condition of the set? Any issues?

From my experience, u get wat u paid for..... so never compared replica with original..... replica might be 80-90% compared with original ..... experience told me the installer and the painter play a major roles .... Good luck

I will not recommend any shop to others cos even I happy with their work doesn’t mean others will like it..... I hope u understand the hidden meaning here.....

Many shops outside offer trade in also for your stock bumpers and give you some discount. I am also looking for a shop that can do it.. Who is keen We can arrange a group buy la.. I can gather the number of people and negotiate price..

I wonder after installing the body kit, what is the ground clearance of the car? Has it decreased by 10-20mm due to the kit? Some roads of ours are really bad with all the holes everywhere...

I have seen the F30's with the kit and if you are running on stock height, no issues with potholes. Only very rarely you will face issues with the speedbumps in some old KL buildings but majority of them no problems. If you are running on M-Sports suspension, it is slightly lower (10mm IINM) and if you go too fast over the bumps you might scrape the bottom but rarely on the lips.

just do a quick search on mudah and you'll surely come up with a few on offer within the range of $3500-4000 all in. got quite a bit scattered around KL, some johor. A few around Sunway PJS. As for their workmanship, I have no clue and I don't think you'll find much opinion out there as they are still quite new and I don't think most people would have the opportunity to compare back-to-back or side-by-side (unless someone's tried a nasty one, and got a better one done) on the finishing as to which shop does a better job. Best is to check their shop out, or if you can reach out to their customers on their FB pages for some feedback, that'll be great. These are just some of the nuances of buying non-original goods (not saying that originals would be perfect) and be sure to have expectations in check.

a little more on ground clearance, am currently on stock bodykit (non m-sport) + eibach pro-kit springs + non run flat tyres that are a little smaller in diameter/height. I'm currently scraping most big speedbumps. The front wheel arch front-flaps looks like it's been chewed by dogs. Undercarriage cover fiber panels near the front wheel also gets lotsa scrapes, none on the side skirts.

Ouch that's gotta hurt, I am aware if at anytime you hit your undercarriage you will take out the anti rust coating which is bad. I had this happened before in my previous car and I went to a hardware shop and get some electric coating to coat back the scratched part.
