Bro..I must confess I need to observe more before spending Rm15k i.e. the improvement before and after. At this moment still blur..let's look at the standard model below:

View attachment 27476 - after Msport??

Honestly, the rear isn't where the big changes are. But from the front, with the M Sport front bumper and side panels, it does look good.

Shown here with black kidney grilles, carbon fiber side mirror covers and the film strips over the side rockers.

Personally I feel that spending RM15K for bodykit alone is abit too much. It's either I buy the M-Sport model originally or go with replica ones :)

Totally agree with Mr aoch88, to spend rm15K on a bodykit would be too much for me. Im only going for the front bumper + lip combo because apart from these the side skirt and bumper doesn't make so much difference, but thats just me. Plus my car is black, lines and arches are not that visible.

Actually 15k for a bodykit is quite a good price especially if it is original. I used to go with replica kits with my Golf and when I went for them, the headache started coming. Front sensors going haywire, headlamp washer is unavailable because the sizing isn't a 100% match and there isn't any place to put the components, etc..etc..

Not all replica kits have perfect fitting and you might end up with large gaps and after a while it gets a bit annoying.

Personally for the bumpers go original. The other CF bits get replicas as those as usually just stick on types. E.g. I saw the replica CF mirror covers going for RM300 excluding shipping :)

I have to agree with bro Mavik. Cheap is not necessary good. Replicas are a no no for me. It will never fit perfectly. $15k is reasonable for a premium brand like BMW. It transforms the look of your ride.

The replica kit becomes a problem to you because of the installation. It doesn't make a lot of sense if you say a piece of plastic material covering your car can electronically cause issues on sensors, etc. AFAIK, not many people had the same issue with replica M-Sport kits on E60/E90.
I am not saying RM15K is expensive for an original kit but it's just not worth the money. If we prefer M-Sport, why not buy the car with M-Sport kit at the first place instead of retrofitting this way? (unless we buy used). RM15K just for a little bit of cosmetics is a bit too expensive IMHO

To all F30 Bro's - Just helping out those considering the M Performance body kit. Attached are the pics taken personally by me to share with you and IMHO, you can't go wrong looks wise and it was simply stunning.. Enjoy..

The kit is nice but I don't like that black sticker on top of the car, lol. Maybe it's just me :)

Ordered the M Sport bodykit set from US and now waiting delivery in few weeks. Its actually cheap until the 40% tax imposed by Customs! Will update total damage after tax, spray and installation. Only difference is US model they have the reflectors on the side of front bumper.

Need an advise from the brothers here. If I happen to take up the kit from Devillian, anyone can recommend me a place within Klang Valley that can do the spray and proper installation for the kit? Any idea what is the estimated cost of it?

p/s: Damien, I'm travelling at the moment. Will contact you once I back.

If you prefer to match the original factory quality and colour exactly, ask your SA. BMW have their own approved body & paint workshop.
