7:00 am -We will meet up at the old Serdang R&R after the Sg Besi Toll (after all the petrol stations where you will do your re-fueling)
8:00 am – Convoy will depart after all the necessary briefings
- We will take Exit 210 (Kajang), keeping left to go onto Kajang SILK Highway
- We will take Exit 1804A to go onto LEKAS Highway
- At the end of LEKAS, we will turn left onto Route 51 (Kuala Pilah is about 35km from this point
- We will pass Ulu Bendul as well as the Bukit Putus Route
9:00 am - Reach Kuala Pilah for breakfast. Was told that the market area is the place to go...
10:00 am - Convoy will move on for Segamat
- After the Jemapoh rest area, we will turn right to head towards Bahau
- We will pass through Bahau, Rompin, Gemas and Batu Anam
- there will be a roundabout at Rompin where we will take the first exit left
- when we reach the T-junction, we will turn left towards Gemas
- there is some construction work at Batu Anam flyover (hopefully it is completed by 11th June)
11:30 am - Reach Segamat for lunch (free & easy)
1:30 pm - Convoy will re-group and move on for Muar
- We will pass through Jementah, Sagil, Tangkak, and Sg Mati
3:30 pm - reach Muar (Dataran Tanjung Emas)
- We can have afternoon tea @ go for the famous mee bandung etc.
5:30 pm – we can leave for KL or stay on for dinner and leave for KL after dark…
The total distance will be about 450km (round trip)
Road conditions are good. I would rate the roads at 8/10…
