Dennis and I have checked out the Paint Ball arena in Impian Emas and it's looks just nice for us beginners while being quite fun. They have faxed over their fees and charges and here's what we're looking at -
Paint Ball Arena, MDJBT Park, Phase 6, Impian Emas
Course rental on weekends/public holidays : RM 25.00 per person
This includes a STARTER PACK that includes face mask, marker(gun), 50 pallets(bullets) and entry into the paintball course. Additional gears such as bodypack(vest), harness + elbow & knee guards are also available for rental for a small fee for those who needs it.
As you know, 50 pallets/each will go zilch in matter of minutes and we have to purchase additional pallets if we're to make the most of the 1 hour plus or so we're going to be there. So, we have managed to secure additional pallets by purchasing a box of 2000 pallets at RM 290.00 (special members price) / which works out to about RM 29.00 for each pax (assuming that we put together a team of 10 players).
Do note that non members at the park will pay approx. RM 400.00 for the same box of 2000 pallets - so you are assured of getting a very good deal indeed here. All in all, we're looking at each player being supplied with a total 250 pallets each for a sum of RM 25.00 + RM 29.00 = RM 54.00. IMO, a true value for money deal as the same package will cost you much more in KL and other parts of the country. Now, assuming that you guys are still keen, we need to start pegging some dates down - I suppose weekend will be the ideal time since we're all working and all.
